make partitions persistence

How do I make the the last two partitions active and persistent on my Live USB.

SOLYDX 10 64, AMD A6-6310 APU

What do you mean by "active and persistent"? Did you install SolydX? From the ISO9660 partition it doesn't look like an installed system. There is nothing "persistent" on a live system, that's the way a live system is meant to be.

There is a very old tutorial on how to create a SolydXK persistent USB drive: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=6097&p=58834

Be careful, though. The tutorial hasn't been updated since.
