Why do I not find a similar desktop or mini PC to these laptops, that are cheaper or at least comparable in price (~500€)?
I do not understand..

I buy my desktop-systems at the local PC-Store. They offer some pre-configured systems. I choose the one I like best and let it be modified to my convenience. Comes close to what you want. I recommend to avoid Mediamarkt etc. Search for an independent dealer instead.

Not to forget: buy the system without Windows, of course. Makes your system 80 Euros cheaper, at least.

The components are not even remotely the same, a Desktop motherboard is loaded with inputs and output and expandability, vastly superior RAM and GPU (as in not sharing the CPU or RAM) that could potentially be multiple cards (SLI). You show me a laptop with 4 SSD hard drives (Mine can run 8 SATA devices, 8 USB, IDE), multiple graphics cards ( am running built in + an extra Radeon R7 240) driving 2x Iiyama XU2290 moonitors and multiple PCI/Express expansion cards and I’ll buy it, but I probably could not carry it. My Alienware Arora R7 desktop has all this in cheaper rates more than my HP Pavilion Laptop!
